Types of e-commerce.

 E-commerce has several types:

Business to Consumer (B2C): This is when a business sells its products or services directly to individual customers. Amazon is an example of this.

Business to Business (B2B): This is when a business sells its products or services to other businesses instead of individual customers. Alibaba specialises in such commerce.

Consumer to Consumer (C2C): This is when individual customers buy and sell products or services to each other. Most notable site of such type is Ebay.

Government to Citizen (G2C): This is when the government provides services or information to individual citizens like you, for example, getting a passport or paying taxes. Gov.uk as an example.

Mobile Commerce (m-commerce): This is when people buy and sell things using their mobile devices like smartphones or tablets, for example, buying clothes or ordering food using an app on your phone.
