- Personalization: E-commerce websites can personalize the shopping experience. (Yang et al., 2010)
Disadvantages:
- Lack of Personal Interaction: Customers cannot physically interact with products or receive personal assistance. (Yang et al., 2010)
- Security Concerns: E-commerce transactions can be vulnerable to security breaches and fraud. (Niranjanamurthy et al., 2013)
- Dependence on Technology: E-commerce businesses rely heavily on technology. (Yang et al., 2010)
- Shipping Delays: Customers may have to wait longer for their products to arrive. (Niranjanamurthy et al., 2013)
